As a spirits judge at the American Distilling Institute International Spirits Competition and as a professional spirits taster, Donald knows his way around distilled spirits. From vodka, to gin, to rum, to well-aged whiskey and brandies, he has tasted it all.
Having helped distilleries of all sizes make and source some of the best spirits in the world, Donald now brings that experience and all of his connections to The Mallet.
